Answers to the questions buyers and sellers ask most often.
Does Equipora charge buyers?
No. Searching, using the AI parts finder, contacting sellers and posting requests are all free for buyers, and Equipora takes no commission on your purchase.
Why won't the AI show me a part?
Because no approved compatibility record proves it fits your exact model. Equipora would rather tell you it cannot verify a part than sell you the wrong one.
I don't know my machine model
Look for the label on the front or back of the machine, or on the underside of a laptop. You can also describe the machine in the AI parts finder and answer the question it asks.
How do I pay?
Directly with the seller. Agree the payment method, delivery and warranty with them before paying, and keep a written record.
An item arrived in worse condition than declared
Contact the seller first. If the listing misdeclared condition, report it to Equipora — repeated misdeclaration leads to suspension.
How do I sell on Equipora?
Sellers pay a subscription, never commission. See the Sell on Equipora and Seller plans pages.
