Accuracy

• Declare condition using the Equipora grades and disclose all known defects
• Never claim compatibility that is not in the Equipora catalogue
• Keep prices and stock quantities current
• Use your own photographs of the actual item wherever possible

Conduct

• Respond to enquiries within a reasonable time
• Honour the warranty and return terms you published
• Do not divert buyers to unverified off-platform schemes
• Do not create duplicate accounts to gain extra listing capacity

Enforcement

Breaches lead to listing removal, loss of verification badges, suspension or permanent removal, depending on severity and history. Misdeclared condition and false compatibility claims are treated as serious breaches.
