Subscription policy
How seller subscriptions, renewals and promotion slots work.
Billing basis
Sellers subscribe for listing capacity and platform access. Equipora does not charge commission on any sale, and buyers are never billed.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal reminders are sent to the account email.
Downgrades and cancellation
On downgrade or cancellation, listings above the new plan capacity are paused rather than deleted, and are restored if capacity is regained.
Promotion slots
Sponsored placement and category features are purchased separately, run for a fixed period, and are always labelled Sponsored to buyers. Promotion never overrides compatibility verification or condition disclosure.
Refunds
Unused subscription time is not refunded where the account was suspended for a breach of the seller rules.
