What Equipora collects, why, and what happens to your details when you contact a seller.
What we collect
- Enquiry and request details you submit: name, phone, optional email, message and quantity
- Search queries and the outcome, used to improve model and part matching
- Basic contact events, such as a WhatsApp or call button being used
Sharing with sellers
When you send an enquiry or post a request, your contact details are shared with the relevant seller or sellers so they can respond. That is the purpose of the service.
Retention
Leads and requests are retained so sellers can service them and Equipora can investigate disputes. You may ask for your details to be removed.
What we do not do
Equipora does not sell your personal data, and does not process card or mobile-money payments for product purchases.
