The role of Equipora

Equipora Africa is a discovery, verification and lead-generation platform. Equipora is not a party to any sale, does not take title to goods, does not process product payments and does not deliver goods.

Buyer responsibilities

• Confirm the exact model and terms with the seller before paying
• Satisfy yourself as to condition, warranty and delivery arrangements

Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for fulfilling sales, and for honouring the warranty and return terms they publish. Sellers agree to the seller rules and listing rules.

Verification and compatibility

Verification badges describe checks Equipora performed at a point in time. Compatibility verdicts are based on the Equipora catalogue and the evidence recorded against each record. Equipora aims for accuracy but does not warrant an outcome for any individual transaction.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Equipora is not liable for losses arising from a transaction between a buyer and a seller.
