Listing rules
The Equipora Listing Standard applies to every category, from a single toner to a production copier.
Every listing must include
- A clear title with make, model and, where relevant, part number
- The correct category and, for parts, the catalogue part record
- A declared condition grade
- Price in KES or an explicit 'price on request'
- Quantity available and a recent stock confirmation
- Warranty terms and return terms
- Location
Parts and consumables
Parts must be linked to a catalogue part record. Compatibility shown to buyers comes from approved catalogue records only — text such as 'fits all Kyocera copiers' is not accepted.
Refurbished and used equipment
State what was replaced or serviced, the grade, and any cosmetic or functional defects. Photographs must show the actual unit.
Prohibited
- Counterfeit goods presented as genuine
- Stolen or unlawfully obtained equipment
- Stock images passed off as the actual item
- Compatibility claims that contradict the Equipora catalogue
